Dr Ihsan has over 30 years experience in Management, Analyst, Health Information System (HIS), IT Advisor and Associate Professor. He has acquired a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systsems Specification for Advanced Manufacturing Organisations. His expertise is as follows: Transformation projects with focus on IT; Business process re-engineering, computerisation and integration projects; RFP preparation, contract negotiation, system implementation including staff mobilization. ; Education and training, with lecturing experience in British and UAE universities.
